Welcome to Brian Mannion the new owner of William 4th

Brian has kindly said we can continue to use the function room for our meetings on the 1st Monday of the month, and has also donated the 1st item for our prize draw at Queens Park Day.
It’s a meal for 2 with wine in the new Restaurant.

Brian has exiting plans for the pub, which is great for the area.

A fond farewell to Patrick, Nick and Carlos....

We would like to thank Patrick, Nick and Carlos for their support, and we wish them well in their future plans.

Carnival Toilets '09

The Notting Hill Carnival Toilets were a great success last year - and KTRA is pleased to learn we will be getting them again this year for the 2009 Carnival

Flash Flood

There was torrential ran again on Saturday 27th June, which resulted in severe flash flooding on Harrow Road.
The local residents had to close the road off, as the cars were coming down very fast and causing a huge “ripple” through the foot of water and was sending it into local shops and homes.

Survey

Local Area Survey

Alex is studying “Planning & Sustainability” at Kingston University. For her masters project, She is carrying out research and then preparing an action plan for an area in London. She has chosen to look at the area  accessed via Canal Way (postcode W10) in  Kensal which covers  the Ladbroke Grove Sainsbury's supermarket and car park, the Gaswork's site, the Grand Union Canal, the vacant site owned by Ballymore Group and the Railway depot to the south of the Paddington railway line.

Part of Alex’s research involves community consultation  and she would be very grateful if people did the small survey below. She can gather feedback on what the local community would like to  see happen in this area.
